Questions we've answered a lot
FAQs, briefly.
What are your opening hours?+
Mon–Thu 7:30am–11:00pm · Fri–Sat 7:30am–12:00am · Sunday 8:30am–10:30pm. We're usually open on public holidays too - check back here for any last-minute changes.
Are your juices freshly made?+
Every single one. We press to order - nothing is pre-bottled, pre-mixed, or sitting in a jug. If the fruit isn't good that morning, we pull it off the menu. Simple.
Are you on Swiggy and Zomato?+
Yes, our Chennai outlet is live on both. Falooda travels surprisingly well for about 20 minutes. Beyond that, we'd rather you walked over.
Do you have vegan or dairy-free options?+
Most of our fresh juices and lime variants are naturally vegan. Lassi, milkshakes and falooda contain dairy. Just ask the counter staff and they'll point you to what works.
Can I customise my order - less sugar, extra ice, etc.?+
Absolutely. We add sugar only if you ask. Salt or sugar on lime, water or soda - just tell us. The counter crew is used to requests and happy to oblige.
Do you take bulk or large group orders?+
Yes, walk in or drop a message on Instagram with your order size and pickup time and we'll have it ready. For very large quantities, a day's notice helps a lot.
Is there parking nearby?+
There's street parking on Swamy Vivekananda Rd. Two-wheelers can park right outside. If you're driving, arrive a few minutes early during evening rush.
Can I get the recipe for the Malabar Falooda?+
Salim refuses to write it down. We've offered him pens. The official answer is no. The unofficial answer is to befriend him.
Do you take suggestions for the menu?+
Always. Some of the best items came from regulars. Tell us what you think - the bear is listening.
